Today, we discussed the topics that we will cover over the course of the next 3 quarters.
I also gave a short presentation about what a "government shutdown" means. The U.S. Government may face a financial shutdown starting October 1. What this means is that some National Parks will be closed and federal office workers will not be paid until Congress approves a budget.
We are the only country in the world that has this kind of problem every year!
Next week, we will discuss how the U.S. Government is organized and a short presentation about former President Trump's legal difficulties and the criminal charges against him and what will happen next.
